Our Process
Step 1: Request an estimate
To start your journey with Strategic Fence, please take a moment to fill out the form below. Feel free to provide us with any ideas or reasons for wanting a new fence/gate. Your response will give us all the information needed so that you get the perfect Project Manager for your request!
Step 2: Receive a call and confirmation
Once we’ve obtained your request for an estimate, a Project Manager will reach out to you and initiate the project intake call. The purpose of this conversation is to acquire as much data about the project. This information helps us deliver a precise quote based on our analysis of your property.
Step 3: Receive your quote
In a few days, we’ll send you an estimated quote for your project. Please review every detail and feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or worries. Please tell us if the style or cost doesn’t accommodate your fencing needs. We can make any necessary adjustments until it’s an ideal fit for you!
Step 4: Scheduled your service
Once you meet our payment prerequisites, you will be added to the project list. We can then inform you of a tentative installation timeline! This is usually an estimation as factors such as weather and unanticipated issues with installations may cause minimal hold-ups. Your Project Manager will keep in contact around one week prior for confirmation on your exact date of installation!
Our 1-Year Warranty
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our services. All new fence installations are accompanied by a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship for twelve months after installation.
This extends to gate closures and locking mechanisms. Unfortunately, the warranty does not apply when it comes to damages caused by weather or other uncontrollable circumstances such as Acts of God, human error, or damage from pets.

HOA and Permits
At Strategic Fence, we understand that the process of obtaining HOA and permits can be daunting. We are here to help you through this process. We have experience dealing with both HOA and permits and can ensure that your project is in compliance with all applicable laws.
Our team will work closely with you to make sure that all documentation is properly filled out and submitted. We will also provide guidance with understanding any terms or conditions associated with the permits or HOA approval, to make sure that there are no surprises down the line. We also take the necessary steps to call for utility locates to avoid any unforeseen accidents during the installation process.
Stain Options
When it comes to staining options, we offer a variety of colors and finishes to choose from. Our team will work with you to find the perfect stain that matches your personal style and complements your home’s exterior. Additionally, our staining techniques ensure that your fence will be protected from harsh weather conditions and last for years to come.
Winter Surcharge
A surcharge may be added to your fence installation during the winter months. This is to account for the added labor and materials needed to combat the colder weather. However, our team works efficiently and effectively to minimize any additional costs and complete the installation in a timely manner.
